Who is IIDM?

The International Institute of Directors and Managers (IIDM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The CEO Institute.
IIDM is global centre of learning, attracting a world-wide membership. It has been developed, utilising the combined business content resources of The CEO Institute, CEO Online and their numerous content partners, both in Australia and internationally.

IIDM is dedicated to experiential learning in leadership and management development, as well as recognizing the need for up-to-date knowledge on business issues and challenges. As an organisation, IIDM is committed to achieving the highest standards in management development.
What is the membership criteria?
Membership of IIDM reflects a commitment and recognition of the need to continuously improve business knowledge, management and leadership skills.
There are two levels of IIDM membership available -
- FELLOW - More than ten years business management experience
- MEMBER - Up to ten years business management experience.
How much does it cost?
The membership fee, which includes subscription to ALL articles and information published on the CEO Online web site, for the two levels of IIDM membership is as follows:
- FELLOW - A$22.00
- MEMBER - A$19.80
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance, billed against your nominated credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or American Express)
Membership fees quoted above are inclusive of GST
How do I apply for membership of IIDM?
All membership levels of IIDM can be applied for online - taking only minutes to complete your application. To apply, please subscribe, and select the subscription level that is right for you.

What is the post nominals for each membership level?
The post nominals applicable to each level of membership are as follows:
- FELLOW - FIIDM
- MEMBER - MIIDM
The use of post nominals is subject to members meeting the minimum continuous professional development (CPD) requirements as set by IIDM.
What is required for the monthly continuous professional development requirements to be undertaken to retain IIDM membership?
All members plan and undertake their own CPD program. Members have the opportunity to explore specific business practices that meet their personal situation.
CPD material must be solely sourced from the following CEO Online resources - Expert Talk, Case Studies, Executive Book Summaries, Learning Modules, Audio Seminars, CEOTV and Who wants to be a CEO?.
A minimum of 30 minutes per month must be dedicated to reading, listening or watching CPD material.
